Barber Policies

Please review and agree to the policies below then proceed to book an appointment.

PLEASE READ AS OUR POLICIES HAVE  RECENTLY CHANGED

*We schedule 30 minutes for standard haircuts, 45 minutes for cut + beard trims, and 60 minutes for cut + hot-towel shaves.

*We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for last minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hour notice to avoid fees. In the event of a no-show, the card on file (which is required) will be charged a fee equal to the full amount of the service booked. If the fee cannot be processed for ANY reason, an invoice will then be sent via email and future appointments will be unavailable until that invoice is paid and the card on file is updated. We please ask that everyone who books an appointment be cognizant and respectful of our livelihood. When you book an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting these policies.

*In the event of an emergency that warrants a last-minute reschedule or cancellation, please fill out a submission form on our "Contact" page to avoid charges.

*Please show up to your appointment on time or up to 5 minutes early. If you're earlier than 5 minutes, please wait in your car due to limited seating. 

*Customers that are later than 5-10 minutes will need to reschedule their appointment. If you are late and we are still able to squeeze you in, be aware your service may not include extras like razor shaves, hot-towel service, or beard trims.

*If you require a cut or service that is longer than the time you scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and/or charge for the extra time needed. This is usually only in the cases of very dramatic cuts/transformations or men with longer hair that want a more salon-style haircut from our barbers. Said haircuts are not standard 30 minute haircuts and we must charge for the additional time.

*If you are unsure how to explain your desired haircut, please bring pictures. This helps us determine your wants/needs and allows us to give you the best haircut possible.

*Due to high call volume and an over-whelming amount of spam calls, we do not talk phone calls on our shop phone. If you need to reach out, the best way is to fill out a submission form on the "Contact" page here on our website, and we will get back to you immediately.

*Lastly, Cloak & Dagger Hair Co. is an alternative barber shop. With that said, we are true to ourselves and project that in our work environment in every way. Be prepared to see wall decor that may feel unusual to some, hear language or topics of conversation that may feel taboo, or hear music that may be different than what you hear in other hair establishments. With that said, we do our best to "read the room", and it is our top priority to make every customer feel welcome, however, we feel like the most effective way to do this is giving our clients our true-selves and hope our clients will do the same in return!
