Please review and agree to the policies below then proceed to book an appointment.
*New color clients MUST come in for consultation before scheduling. A non refundable deposit of 50$ is required before booking color service. This will be applied to the end cost of service day of. You may reschedule your first color appointment up to 1 time before 48rs. Otherwise you will need to put down a second deposit.
*STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give us 48 hours notice for all service cancellations, service changes and rescheduled appointments. We send out a courtesy text reminder three days prior to your appointment. Please put your appointments in your calendar as well. If you do not receive a courtesy text reminder for any reason, the fee will be not be waived if you do not abide by the Cancellation Policy. It is your responsibility to provide us with a working/updated phone number. A fee of 50% of total service cost will automatically be charged to your card on file. We do require your credit card information to keep on file before we can book your service appointment. Another appointment will not be scheduled until the fee is paid and cleared. Please, do not come in if you are showing any symptoms of being sick. We understand that emergencies do happen. We have the right to have you reschedule an appointment if you arrive showing any symptoms of being sick.
*Please be on time. Being 15min late or more will need to be rescheduled and will be charged the 50% fee.
*No-show no-calls are NOT tolerated and will be banned from booking.
*Please come alone! Our shop is small and due to Covid-19, we need to cut down on extra people. Please find childcare for children.
*Please come in with a well fitting mask that goes around ears and not back of head.
*Please understand that a trim and a haircut are the same price, same timing and require the same steps to complete.*
*Coming to your color appointment and then deciding you just want a cut is the same as canceling last minute. We schedule 3+ hours for color and are now getting paid for one. Please be mindful and adjust your appointment 48hrs before
*Blowdrys are complimentary with your color and cut services. Forgoing a blowdry will not change the total price.*
*We do not issue refunds for our work, but we do offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the original service.
