Barber Policies

Please review and agree to the policies below then proceed to book an appointment.

*We schedule 30 minutes for standard haircuts, 45 minutes for cut + beard trims, and 75 minutes for cut + hot-towel shaves.

*We ask that our clients understand that we plan our day according to our scheduled appointments and if you no-call/no-show, it stops other potential clients from booking during that time that need to get in.

*We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for last minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows. New clients that do not show up will be blocked from making future appointments. Existing customers will recieve only one warning before they are banned. The same can be said with last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice), or habitually late customers. We only ask that our time is respected.

*Please show up to your appointment on time or up to 5 minutes early. If you're earlier than 5 minutes, please wait in your car due to limited seating. 

*Customers that are later than 5-10 minutes will need to reschedule their appointment.

*If you require a cut or service that is longer than the time you scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and/or charge for the extra time needed. This is usually only in the cases of very dramatic cuts/transformations or men with longer hair that want a more salon-style haircut from our barbers. Said haircuts are not standard 30 minute haircuts and we must charge for the additional time.

*No talk of sex, religion, politics or otherwise offensive language in the establishment. We want our other customers and employees to feel comfortable and at ease.

*If you are unsure how to explain your desired haircut, please bring pictures. This helps us determine your wants/needs and allows us to give you the best haircut possible.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
Customers are expected to cancel their appointments with reasonable notice to avoid cancellation penalties such as fees or being blocked from making future appointments. We appreciate 24 hours notice except in the event of emergency or illness. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy with no-call/no-shows and routine lateness. Thanks for your understanding.
